Advertising conditions:
1-Passing of two days of the advertisement without written objection-notice from the advertiser is considered approval of the advertisement published.
2-Arabesque magazine has the right not to publish the advertisement without asking the advertiser and without giving any reasons.
3-Arabesque magazine keeps its right to determine where to place the advertisement in the interior pages.
4-If the advertiser wishes to cancel the advertisement after singing a contract, Arabesque magazine has the right to obtain 30% from contract value.
5-The advertisement may be postponed to a later issue and for one time only, after considering that the last date for accepting any modification is before two weeks of the publishing date.
6-Signing a contract is deemed acceptability and approval of the all terms and articles mentioned above. After 24-hours of the advertisement publishing, it will be deemed as due payable receipt document, which should be fully paid with no conditions or restriction.
7-If any conflict between the two parties is not friendly solved, courts of Dubai should be the arbitrator.
8-This contract is concluded in three copies, one of them with the advertiser.
General terms:
1-Issuing the magazine: Quarterly (each 3 months: December – March – June – September).
2-Booking: 6 working weeks prior to publishing date.
3-The publishing date is not fixed and may be changed.
4-The publishing notice: the publisher has the full right to cancel any text or advertisement which does not match the publishing measure or oppose the magazine policy and the local laws.
5-Editing is free for the advertiser. The advertiser has to send a high quality images with no less than 8 images and about 200 words describing his works. The advertiser's product has to be available at his stores and he has to allocate 80 % for this purpose.
6-Editing and publishing date may be changed with no notice.
7-The deadline of receiving the texts and advertisements is before 14 days of publishing date. If the advertisement is not delivered in the due time, Arabesque is irresponsible for not publishing it.
